For questions or queries about an existing valuation or offer on your vehicle, you can contact us by phone or by using the form below. Please include your name and vehicle’s registration in all emails.
We aim to get back to all customer queries within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 1-2 days at weekends, however, it may take longer at busier times. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am – 5.30pm (outside of public holidays).
